Il presente listino prezzi si intende per persona al giorno in euro: colazione a buffet, tasse incluse.
Sono comprensivi nei prezzi esposti le seguenti dotazioni strutturali:
parcheggio, piscina panoramica con ombrelloni e lettini, palestra con macchine PANATTA Sport, giardino attrezzato con sdraio e sedie, cassaforte alla reception, cassaforte in camera, deposito biciclette e piccola officina riparazioni, servizio Transfer all'Aeroporto Catullo e D'Annunzio. A richiesta sono disponibili: letto aggiunto, culla, lettino.

Speciale bambini: fino a 6 anni uno sconto del 100%
- da 6 / 12 anni uno sconto del 50%
- da 12/16 anni uno sconto del 25%
Lo sconto è applicabile se alloggiati in camera con i genitori.

Per la partenza Si pregano gli Ospiti di regolare il conto entro le ore 19:00 del giorno prima.
Per la prenotazione è richiesto un acconto del 20% (min. € 150,00 per camera ) sul totale della prenotazione, oppure una Carta di Credito con relativa scadenza a garanzia .

Metodi di pagamento accettati:
contanti, bancomat, carte di credito: Carta Sì, Visa, Mastercard, EC-Card

Termini di cancellazione: in caso di cancellazione della prenotazione, La Direzione applicherà al cliente una penalità rappresentata da una percentuale sul soggiorno previsto in fase di prenotazione, in funzione della prossimità alla decorrenza del soggiorno:
- 50% del prezzo totale di soggiorno, per cancellazioni entro i 20 giorni prima dell'arrivo;
- 70% del prezzo totale di soggiorno, per cancellazioni entro tra il 19° ed il 4° giorno
- 90% del prezzo totale di soggiorno, per cancellazioni entro i 3 giorni prima dell'arrivo,
con un soggiorno minimo di una notte a prezzo massimo.

Ogni deposito già pagato verrà utilizzato come parziale o totale pagamento delle sopraindicate penalità.

Diese Preisliste versteht sich pro Person und Tag in Euro: Frühstücksbüffet, inklusiv Steuern.
Die Hotelsausstattungen sind zur Verfügung der Kundschaft ohne Aufpreiswie z.B. :
Parkplatz, Panoramische Scwimmingpool mit Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, Fitness-Studio mit Laufband und Andere Panatta Maschine furs Cardio-Training
Tresor an der Rezeption, Tresor im Zimmer, Fahrradabstellplatz mit kleine Reparaturenaustattung, Abholung service mit Bus Transfer vom Flughafen Verona Villafranca/Brescia Montichiari
Auf Wunsch sind folgende weitere Leistungen erhältlich: Wiege, Kinderbett, Notbett.

Speziell für Kinder: bis 6 Jahre keinen Aufpreis
- von 6 bis 12 Jahre Ermäßigung von 50%
- von 12bis 16 Jahre Ermäßigung von 25%
Die Ermäßigung gilt bei Unterbringung im Zimmer der Eltern.

Bei der Reservierung ist eine Anzahlung von 20% (€ 150,00 pro Zimmer mind.) des Gesamtpreises fällig.

Bei Barzahlung gewähren wir eine Ermäßigung von 3%.

Stornobedingungen: im Fall von Storno der Reservierung berechnet die Leitung eine Stornogebühr, die einen Anteil des reservierten Aufenthalts beträgt:d.h. abhängig von folgende Frist-Kalender
- 50% des gesamten Unterkunftes um Storno, innerhalb 20 Tagen vor der Ankunft ,
- 70% des gesamten Unterkunftes um Storno, zwischen 19° - 4° Tage vor der Ankunft ,
- 90% des gesamten Unterkunftes um Storno, innerhalb die 3 Tage vor der Ankunft erfolgen,
bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von einer Nacht beim Hochsaison Preis.

Jedes bereits bezahlte Anzahlung wird zur partialen oder völligen Begleichung der obigen Stornogebühren verwendet.

On booking the payment in advance of 20% (€ 150,00 each room) of the total price is gently required .

A discount of 3% is granted for cash payments.

Policy cancellation: in the case of cancellation of the booking, the Hotel management will charge a penalty to the guest calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given:
- 50% of the whole staying amount for cancellations within 20 days before the arrival date;
- 70% of the whole staying amount for cancellations from 19° to 4° day before the arrival
- 90% of the whole staying amount for cancellations within 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night at the full-season price.

All the deposits will be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties .
